Apologies if your post was sarcastic, it certainly wasn't clear. I did check if you had commented on the previous pages to gauge your view!Wooosh!
Haha no worries buddy, it was very sarcastic. I looked at your post and felt a myriad of feelings; hatred, regret, jealousy, you name it.Apologies if your post was sarcastic, it certainly wasn't clear. I did check if you had commented on the previous pages to gauge your view!
Some of the post previously and elsewhere on social media would have me down as a wanker.
If I have misread your last post you can get fucked I'm off for a nice bit of Canarian tapas before we endure the kids disco :-)
Haha. Cheers mate. Apologies for jumping the gun.Haha no worries buddy, it was very sarcastic. I looked at your post and felt a myriad of feelings; hatred, regret, jealousy, you name it.
Have a great time mate, but spare a thought for the rest of us. I regret every moment I don’t book somewhere for me and the Mrs to have a week or so!
Enjoy pal
I already hate you.Haha. Cheers mate. Apologies for jumping the gun.
If it makes you feel any better I've just ordered a bottle of rioja and apparently the missus doesn't want wine so l will have to polish the lot of myself, I've got an hour before mini disco starts, might sneak a pint in too.

www.janetanscombe.comAnyone know a website which shows the cases per 100,000 for the Canary Islands? Trying to weigh up the risk on booking flights for mid November. Was hoping to track cases to see if there's any great increase during the next week or so.
Cheers for the info, glad to hear it isn't too busy as that should hopefully mean cases remain low and it stays on the travel list.www.janetanscombe.com
Good website with daily updates
Here at moment and you feel much safer than UK. People abide by the legislation, bars close at midnight with everyone off the premises including staff. Most of cases are in the north of the island.
Los Americas is very quiet at moment, Los Cristianos is the busier of two but still much quieter than normal.
Might change as more flights arrive but I would say at moment its one of safest places to visit

If that comes into place then it's going to be a pain in the arse sorting out a test. Last I saw was £120 from Boots! An excellent site and thanks for the heads up. Mention of the Canarian government approving a law this week to require tourists to take covid tests before arrival. Not an easy one to comply with dependant on time frames mentioned of 48 - 76 hours.
In what way? Serious question btw, just got in and seen this post. Stopping flights?Germany shutting down its tourist industry.
They’re both good shouts. My preference is York but we’ve enjoyed Whitby too. We’ve just come back from a few nights in Lincoln. That’s a decent place if you’ve never been. Not been to either in years but Whitby or York for a 2 night break?

We’ve got a trip just before In December to Reims for the markets but France is going into a minimum of a month’s lockdown so I think it’s sensible to cancel this before. I can always rebook if things change and go at short notice I suppose.
There is talk in fuerteventura that they will test on arrival here at a cost of approx 30e per person, result available in 20 minutes. Seems reasonable, would be a bit of shitter to get here and then get a positive result though. If that comes into place then it's going to be a pain in the arse sorting out a test. I heard about that, I'd probably risk it for €30 on arrival. Wonder what happens if you test positive though, kept in the airport and straight on the next flight home? There is talk in fuerteventura that they will test on arrival here at a cost of approx 30e per person, result available in 20 minutes. Imagine getting a flight home after a holiday and there's a couple of positives on it who have been turned round...I heard about that, I'd probably risk it for €30 on arrival. Wonder what happens if you test positive though, kept in the airport and straight on the next flight home?
