Holiday advice

I think the fact that Jet2/TUI are still going to operate holidays to the islands is quite telling and I think/hope there might be a fresh announcement with revised travel advice and restrictions in the next couple of days.

It all seems very farcical, but then this whole COVID19 period has been a shitshow from the Government.

to get in you have to provide a QR code, where your staying and a record of countries visited( only 48 hours before arrival so it's up to date). hence so few cases.

Where in Turkey are you off to? I've been once on an all inclusive job before at a big hotel in between Marmaris and Icmeler. It's one of two times i've gone all inclusive and therefore I didn't really get much experience of the local area aside from a few trips. What we saw was nice enough and Marmaris was a good night out aged 19.

Think it's looking like just near Marmaris, just 2 weeks in a sun so aslong as there is efes ill be sound.

Yes I'm aware, I went to Majorca from 11th to 18th July.
From 1st August the QR code has to be downloaded to your mobile if you have one, can't turn up with a printed copy like I did.

My feeling is that the Canary islands will have a bridge agreement with the UK
Seems crazy to have to quarantine when there are barely any cases on the Islands.

This government has to make it illegal to sack someone who has to quarantine and give support to those who will not be paid.

Government's handling of this has been shocking.

A nice solution would be for the govt to issue testing and results ASAP to those who's jobs will be at risk then reinfoce the message to those looking to travel that these "air bridges" are at risk of being pulled should infection rates increase in a particular country.
