Holidays

Haha. I used to watch the Richard Ayowade episodes. They are funny, but you don't get to see much of the place.

In contrast, in the next week or so, we are about to start editing and posting of an absolute glut of videos we made whilst there on our YouTube channel. You'll definitely see the main sites featured on those.

My wife came away with a lot of negative feelings about the place, but I think they were mainly due to the generally bad weather we had. My two daughters and I thought it was great and there was a lot to see and do.

Where can I find your travel videos on Youtube? I'm also off to Lisbon so would be good to watch.

Costa Teguise in Lanzarote with the kids over Easter.

Carvoeiro in the Algarve just me and the wife for a few days in July.

Never been to either so looking forward to it.

Nice one mate. I will be down the road at the same time in Matagudo. Never been either.

I suspect the weather might be a touch better in late August :)

The sightseeing is always a bonus anyway, as the Spanish/Portuguese festivals tend to run from early evening till the middle of the night, so you can avoid the sun.

Still there on the Sunday, so am hoping Benfica are playing at home that week.

Nowhere else like it imo...absolute mental place.

It's quite something. Seeing the Taj Mahal in person was incredible, a real wow moment. So many good things to see and do, the food is amazing too. I played it safe with largely veggie options which were fantastic as well. Always been at the top of places I wanted to visit, and will definitely go back in the future. 8hr flight to Delhi, so not too bad even with three kids in tow.

Wow, travelling with 3 kids to India. What a fantastic thing to do with you family. Must of been tough at times, but the memories will stay with you all forever.

Just back from a weekend in Berlin. First time, really enjoyed it. Very lucky with the weather. I’d recommend a visit.

It's RobOnHoliday.

We are currently finishing a series on the history of Disneyland Paris attractions but then we are onto the Lisbon videos - Lisbon Top 10 attractions will be posted on Saturday 9th March, followed by some more detailed videos on transport and some of the sites in subsequent weeks.

Hope you have a great time in Lisbon.

Went past the Stadium of Light in the Taxi from the airport. It looks mighty impressive from the outside!

Hope you have a great time.
