I don't understand why anyone would travel to Cornwall with all the hordes of tourists, when you can go to Pembrokeshire with very similar scenery and it's far more beautiful as there are less people around
Going to Pembrokeshire early September. Never been before but really looking forward to it.
Been to Cornwall many times but fancied somewhere new this year.

Used to live near St Davids , place called Solva in the 80s ...stunning scenery ,remember it rained a lot thoGoing to Pembrokeshire early September. Never been before but really looking forward to it.

That was when it was Dyfed not Pembrokeshire

Staying in a cottage near Goodwick. We do a fair bit of walking so will be doing some of the coastal path.

Lovely town with some beautiful beaches/water nearby. September best time to go too, as should be slightly quieter.Off to Nerja a week on Saturday. Never been there before but heard some great comments about the place.
Frigiliana also worth a visit, very picturesque village just inland from Nerja. Pretty sure a bus takes you up there.
