Yep, stupid pricks. At this time of year you usually have from 2 in the morning until midday then you can cross back between 5 and 11pm, there's no need to risk it.

I was half joking, only because I have no idea if it's possible. But they do that over here in the winter on certain roads. Give the locals a key. Anyone that has to be rescued pays the costs.
