If the rags progress, I'd like to see the rearranged game put back a number of weeks so hopefully on the night we smash em, it's the night we win the Prem

If we both get binned in the FA Cup then there is a chance it might get a Saturday slot yes

Only chance of a Saturday is if both clubs are out of the F A Cup

Seems this game is destined to be late spring unless Hull......no not going to happen tv will want a raggy and ideally dipper final, history to repeat itself hopefully.

This should change to the midweek following the final. There are no Chumps League games that week, so no reason (apart from a Sky commercial one) why it should not be played then. I think the rags may go for this too, as it will give the special needs one a ready made excuse for their defeat.

Whenever we've been in the final hasnt those matches moved to final weeks of the season? The mid week Liverpool was originally scheduled for that date, or am I mistaken?

Liverpool were originally due to play Everton that weekend I think & us Newcastle.

It would be hilarious if United were forced to come to the Etihad three days after a cup final (which will, no doubt, be the most important game of their season at this rate).
