No, nothing but still less than 3 weeks on market and getting 3-5 views per day everyday. Problem is the conservatory is fooked and WILL need ripping out, putting people off. Looks like an upgrade to me (too fixated on the swimming pool perhaps ;) )... Is it the area its in because its over £100k less than your current home?
