Why are you thinking of downgrading?

Looks like an upgrade to me (too fixated on the swimming pool perhaps ;) )... Is it the area its in because its over £100k less than your current home?

i read today that Redrow were starting building again.
they said they feel the market has stabilized.
good news for anyone in the building trade.
