Players and manager all recognize Aouar’s ability, which should be enough to convince us.

However, what we also need is a greater variety of players so that we can adapt our game accordingly. Fernandinho and Zinchenko are two midfielders who are incapable of playing there for an entire season so are holding up places. Time to cull the squad and get players in that can allow us to play different styles.

i think once the pain wears off, it’s quite obvious to see that this is the very definition of a “Pep player”. Would be stunned if we don’t make serious inquiries to try and sign him.
