Okay it is not `Rubbish` to have different view points Auoar is quick witted and has quick feet, but he is not fast, we have no fast players in his position , Silva leaving does not mean we need a new midfielder, we have Bernardo, Foden, Gundogan and KDB in the position he plays in, none of them fast or tall, what we do need is a third choice striker for when our first 2 are out, a left winger or even a back up left winger a decent left back, and those are all the faults that we had last year that some on here threw in a bunch of names that could do the job, but in real life they could not,

As for Koulibaly can not wait to see him in our high back line, with him having a poor season due to him slowing down.

It is not about faith Aouar is a good player that we do not need at this point Koulibaly 29 is on the wane, not as good as Kompany who retired at 34 left at 33 and Pep wanted rid of at 31.
You can rest assured that i will support the team regardless of who we buy, I did not want Bravo, Stones, Angelino, Mendy, Gundogan, Danilo, Marhez, or even Laporte the first time we went in for him as i wanted VVD who was cheaper at the time, as for time to reflect on what Pep and his coaching staff see in them, i think i already know that, it is in every team selection that Pep has ever made,` a challenge` which is why he picks a side only capable of doing the job all but never his strongest side.

They didn't have to defend at all against Leipzig took 4 points out of 6 against them, neither did they need to defend in that 1st leg against Juventus.
Also I doubt that Aouar is De Bruyne's favorite player because by De Bruyne's own admission he doesn't watch football from France or even England for that matter.

Are we really in for this kid? I just don’t see the need unless City are planning to sell Gundogan. Pep said multiple times that Silva wouldn’t be replaced.

He’s an attacking mid, not a defensive midfielder, a position I believe needs sorting.

I'd keep Fernandinho as a reliable back up if it won't mess up our homegrown quota. But Gundongan can go.

Is there really any hope to this? I also would love to see Gundo in a side that better suits him (reframing that I'd rather him no longer be a player for us... especially as a starter) but is there really any reliable noise saying he's linked anywhere?
