People keep posting these conventional 4231 formations but I think that's not happening in a million years.

Agree it wont be conventional but, he has played 2 at the back with fullbacks in midfield more than straight back 3 with wingbacks. So on paper it would still look like two centre backs and two full backs. But there wont be one formation or one starting 11, it will change with evey game and during games.

When are we signing the Stones, Sane etc? Time is getting on. Rags will beat us in China and create a wankfest as their business is more or less done. I'm concerned with the speed behind the signings.
 
I reckon anyone one of five or six formations and line ups.

There will certainly be no fixed first 11 or standard formation.
