How do i make a complaint to the club?

I'm going to complain to the club because a fellow supporter doesn't know where to complain it's an outrage.

I've never had a problem I always get through unless it's a busy time such as a matchday which is expected and the staff are great no problems.

Maybe you should think do you really want to complain is it that bad before you get some poor bugger the sack.

Everyone has the right to complain, if you don't mention what is wrong, they haven't got the opportunity to put it right. I have e-mailed a few complaints in over the years, and usually they are addressed pretty quickly, however still awaiting for the latest to be addressed. You don't sack staff willy nilly, just suggest training ..

How do i make to the club regarding the ticket offic and agressive staff.
I have tried on the phone but am just going round in circles on the general number and options. Cheers for any info.

I renewed on the first day and said I would get an email within 3 days to confirm but still no email. Has everyone else got the email? I have emailed them 3 times and still no reply.

Got my confirmation email straight away - Still not taken the money though - Looks like they have asked for it - Just not cleared yet

This is a very good point, Firstly you put your left arm in, Your left arm out, in out in out then shake it all about. So I’ve been told!!!
