How do we convince Bernardo to stay here forever?

If you believe that who is going to pay 100m for him because that’s the minimum he is worth! Oh he has a contract till 2026 so we can say you can go for the right price and if wont be 40/50m.

I’ll say again like I did to a previous poster who is going to pay 100m? He is under contract till 2026 we can say you can go if we get a fee that we feel is market value and the way he is playing it’s 100m minimum! For me he ain’t going anywhere.

Not that I even mentioned a fee, although agreed we wouldn’t get anywhere near his worth, but the important part here is that it isn’t up to you (like it isn’t up to me, or any other fan, and I’d love him to stay above anyone else) but it’s what the club feel is acceptable, we have a history of not standing in an unhappy players way ( for whatever reason that may be) City just don’t want unhappy players, again, we’ve shown we can be quite accommodating, and I think even more so in Bernie’s case because he hasn’t sulked, he’s just got his head down and given it his all.

True but there is no club out there who can afford him we ain’t a charity and our best players who have a long contract we don’t sell! There was only Sane who had a year left where we were looking at 80m+ but he got inured and we got around 50m. For me he is happy and going nowhere so be happy we Will have one of the best players in the world for another 4 years at least. :)

True but there is no club out there who can afford him we ain’t a charity and our best players who have a long contract we don’t sell! There was only Sane who had a year left where we were looking at 80m+ but he got inured and we got around 50m. For me he is happy and going nowhere so be happy we Will have one of the best players in the world for another 4 years at least. :)

No probs mate, but neither you nor I are the ‘we’ here and it’s whatever is agreed between the two camps, those comments attributed to Pep are a worry for me.

For what it’s worth, I absolutely don’t want him to go, he’s worth £150m to me on this seasons form, and he’s close to pushing out KDB from a midfield position in my all time City 11 I rate him that highly.
