At the moment they know we aren't going to do it so the centre half goes to be the second man covering the full back. If he had to stay more central our wide man would only have much more space to work with.

Very much so. We need another wide man to mix and match with Sane/Sterling - Preferably someone who can score more regularly than our current wide men.

We need a deeper squad to deal with injuries and rotation.

N'Dombélé, Soumaré, Mahrez and maybe a young and/or HG 3rd striker (Rafael Leão? or even Jamie Vardy on a short deal?)

Bring Maffeo and Angeliño back (maybe Gunn too if he'd be up for 2nd choice), loan out Zinchenko, Nmecha and Tosin. Work with the defence as a unit in pre-season.

Disagree. Our most important job this summer is to get a long term replacement for Fernandinho. Then its a winger (preferably an attacker capable of playing across the front three). Then we might look at improving the backups for Mendy and Walker.

Danilo and Gundigan need to be replaced.
We need two quality central/defensive mids in their place.
Also a lethal striker who is pretty tall and good in the air (as well as doing the pass stuff).
