How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

'Let all the poison that lurks in the mud, hatch out.' Robert Graves, I Claudius.

We are so utterly fucked that it's the only way to go. Things have to get a lot worse before the fossils see sense. Maybe, even then, they won't. The nearest equivalent I can think of is the old GDR, with Erich Honecker, struggling against reality to the very end, killed by the blind folly of ideology.

Something has to give, eventually.
love the Robert Graves quote.

I'm not sure Truss is the bottom of the well though mate. We shall see.

Erich Mielke was a man even worse than Honecker I think.
Ideology, blindly followed, always seems to end in conflict and strife.

‘Start Getting Safe Brexit Done Again, And If Anything Goes Wrong Blame the French, Or Remainers For Not Believing Enough’…………………..we’re going to need a bigger bus!

In news from Narnia some of them are no longer blaming the French !!!!

And becoming littler.
Still, they knew what they were voting for.

Thing that pisses me off its that this is all in the public domain yet when a politician tells blatant lies in an interview it goes unchallenged when the proof that they are telling a blatant lie is known to most people - Robin Day wouldn't have let them get away with it
