The UK economy has fallen far behind the EU since Brexit
Britain’s GDP per head has grown just 3.8 per cent since the referendum, while the EU’s has grown by 8.5 per cent.
I don't want to argue with you, I'm not going to try to change your mind. If you prefer to keep thinking that Brexit was a bad idea, it's your decision. I just say that in my country the economy is a disaster, and I know a lot of people that think like me. You have to understand that nobody pays me for defending Brexit. As a normal person that works, pays their taxes, and has a normal life, I just say that I'd give all my money for having the economy that you have in my country. Don't you believe me? It's ok, I respect your point of view.
We might be better economically than other countries but it’s a fact Brexit is and continues to damage our economy- there’s no argument to that fact
In which country do you live?I don't want to argue with you, I'm not going to try to change your mind. If you prefer to keep thinking that Brexit was a bad idea, it's your decision. She can apply for a 6 month visa.By the way, I found a new issue Brexi has directly caused my family an issue last night. My Daughter and Irish boyfriend were thinking of taking a few months - a year out later this year to travel around Europe and suddenly realised he is allowed to take as long a he wants she's allowed less than 3 months. Another right my generation had taken away from young people.
Not really the point though. Still a freedom lost that we had, for no apparent good reason. She can apply for a 6 month visa.
You are deluded though and even a refer to stated facts with evidence as opinion! As a person who lives outside the UK, I can say:
1. If you think that UK's economy is bad, you'd have to see how it's going in the rest of Europe.
2. European Union started to break down in the precise moment that UK left it.
3. Even with all the problems you have right now, UK still being the strongest European country.
And I swear you that all the big countries (Germany, France, etc) would kill for having the economy that UK have right now.
P. S. Sorry for my grammatical mistakes, I'm not native speaker.
I know. Not really the point though. Still a freedom lost that we had, for no apparent good reason.
I live in Spain now but I was born in PortugalIn which country do you live?
As I said, I respect your opinion.
It’s not my opinion
It’s fact
His is an opinion backed up by evidence whereas her’s is an oninion not backed up by evidence.Erm its not fact, as any survey is limited in its scope and coverage.
Facts are we are the victims of a witch hunt and will be found innocent of all and any charges. Then the yank tops will do one.
It’s not my opinion
It’s fact
To keep this conversation is pointless. You aren't going to change your mind and neither I'll do.
I'd move to the UK if I could. My salary would be higher and my life would be better.
That is also a fact.
Can you play left back.To keep this conversation is pointless. You aren't going to change your mind and neither I'll do.

sounds like its just a personal situation thing for you
Brexit as a whole for the UK has only been detrimental, especially economically unless you can back up otherwise

Can you play left back.
If so, there is a vacancy in Manchester.
Your salary may well be, you standard of living not so sure. Non of that is relevant though. Brexit has made the the UK worse off and reduced the standard of living here. The UK would be far better off in the EU , thats unarguable. To keep this conversation is pointless. You aren't going to change your mind and neither I'll do.

I can't negate it, but I can assure you I'm not the only that thinks like I do. I wish I could be in the UK because, even with all the Brexit problems, it still being much better than the other three countries I've been living in (Portugal, France, and currently living in Spain).
