Yeah, but Tottenham supporters haven’t voted to leave the Premier League.
They would though.

The machinery in the picture is operated by foreign workers but maintained by local Brits. If the growers move production to the EU, that's Brits' jobs going.
Perhaps they should. It would save their trauma and allow the club to develop F1 Karting, cheese conventions and an NFL franchise. Fans could watch Orient or local non-league teams, as a Spurs fan I know did many years ago.Yeah, but Tottenham supporters haven’t voted to leave the Premier League.
And that league was on the other side of the globe, and was being run by a bunch of foreigners who don’t like brits very much and will screw them for every penny. To continue the parallel, Tottenham would need to leave the PL to join the World Super League. Only to find that no one else was in that League and that no one was interested.
When bluethrunthru passes away.I wonder how many more years this thread will run for?
Much like brexit voters naturally dying off, will we only see and end to this thread when certain posters are no longer here?
I include myself in that btw.

As long as it takes for the Brexit benefits to start appearing.I wonder how many more years this thread will run for?

In other words, forever.
We’ll be back in the EU within 5-6 years
We’ll be back in the EU within 5-6 years
Not a fucking chance. We’ll be back in the EU within 5-6 years
This thread operates principally as an echo chamber, and allows the likes of me to pontificate and sneer with relative impunity.I wonder how many more years this thread will run for?

Tbh I think it's worth having a brexit thread otherwise it would pollute other threads. It's a sort of emotional/ideological sump. This thread operates principally as an echo chamber, and allows the likes of me to pontificate and sneer with relative impunity.
There’s certainly little or no meaningful debate on the merits of Brexit, which speaks for itself.
I honestly wish someone would engage and put forward a cogent argument in support of Brexit but there are, conspicuously, no takers.
You're funny. We’ll be back in the EU within 5-6 years
For me it absolutely is. It’s cathartic. I know it’s not going to solve or change anything, but it’s a vehicle to vent my frustration and anger.Tbh I think it's worth having a brexit thread otherwise it would pollute other threads. It's a sort of emotional/ideological sump.
