How far will the fall be before evasive action is taken?

The games moved on a lot tactics wise and I'm afraid MP's one of those that's got left behind.

He is still a safe pair of hands and getting rid now is i bet not even on the radar of those in charge.

If we really did go into a freefall then something may happen but as long as we are in the mix we will not consider such drastic actions.

I wouldn't say he's a safe pair of hands at all.

The season's slipped through his fingers already.

lol "my man" says everything about your attitude. You speak to him as if he was wrong for wanting us to do well.
He supports the club and gave Pellgrini credit and grief. Maybe i am mad but he was defending Pellegrini when we were second or third, in 4 cups and right in it and some wanted him out.

Enjoy your faux sense of vindication that this match somehow says Pellegrini must go.

If having a level head and not acting like a 12 on a computer id happy clapping then a happy clapper i am
Pellegrini has his faults but not nearly as many as you.

Its you who are kidding yourself, this match vindicating he should go????????? A lot said he should have gone at the end of last season. Defend him all you want but his record this season is shocking. You still haven't answered how much Pellers has spent?

I never knew i was asked. A lot probably.

I am not defending Pellegrini totally and agree he needs to go at the end of the season as he can't take us further.
Blueinsa, myself and others just think it would be worse to get rid and we are still capable of winning it.
Getting rid now is no guarantee at all we would become a solid cohesive well drilled unit. It could very easily see us do worse.
We are up and down as a team and should be doing much better in the league but we are not up shit creek just yet.

I can't in a million years see that MP will not continue as manager until the end of the season.

You bunch of fannies, we overhauled the mighty man utd managed by the so called greatest of all time, being 8 points behind with 8 to play, where would the fun/tension/excitement be if we win the league like Munich do every year (we might find out in the next 3 seasons)
Ooh but we're not playing well enough, no consistency, blah blah blah.
I for one, still think we'll win the league this season
have u seen our long injury list

What's up,not supporting Pellers anymore - you've changed your tune. Not seen anymore of the statue building for Pellers or will go out as our greatest manager stuff for a while.

He is going in the summer or did you miss that news this week. Pep is replacing him.

What part of that for those wanting him sacked again don't you all get?

When did we as City fans start calling a manager that has won two trophies with us an idiot? today was not great by any stretch of the imagination and I am as disappointed as anyone but that comment sounds like the arrogant bollocks that is spouted by fans of other teams that believe that success is a given.... Vincent needs to focus on his own fitness and get back playing, not get involved in telling the manager what to do and who to drop.

Well said

Maybe the only alternative is for the two amigos to find out off Pep who he has no intention of keeping. Then drop them for the remainder of the season and promote academy players.
I don't mean to sound disrespectful towards Leicester but they're a team mainly put together from journeymen and a few unknown entities. Ranieri has found a winning formula though.
I think the likes of Kolarov, Fernando and Toure could do well in a different country but they don't seem to cope with in your face players.
Also, if we drop out of the top 4, I think there's a risk of Aguero, Silva, DeBruyne etc wanting out
I hope PG has signed something legally binding!!!!

If we did as you suggest we would end up mid table as I believe quite a few will be on the way out.

Going to see some famous names play there last games for us this season

Behave yourself. Yep we've all seem the bad times but expectations are, rightly, higher now.

Top Four will be achived in my opinion and I base that prediction on the fact that the league at least behind us is unpredictable, Even if the worse happens and we fall behind Arsenal, Leicester and Spurs which I accept is a possibility will the other teams or manily Man.United take advantage of our slip ups for me United are just as bad if not worse then us.

Then there is Liverpool, Everton, West Ham and Southampton who have not shown any kind of consistency that would worry me. In all honestly we will have to drop at least nine points to be in real danger and then teams have to take advantage and the way I see I don't think they will. If United win today then I might panic a little.

Do you actually have a point fella?

its a misleading op for sure 1 defeat in 11 in all comps before yesterday, the more concerning facts are no wins in 7 against the current top 6 and 3 home defeats already whereas it was that in the last 2 seasons combined.
the slow slow build up is not working against the better teams, thus the need for the managerial change, can we hang on in there until the summer, i'm sure we will will retain a top 4 spot but as for anything else that remains a worry with this squad and managers approach

Do you actually have a point fella?

Yeah he wants Bob back. Virtually every second post confirms that and no doubt when Pep comes and we drop points, he will lament on how great it was when Bob was here.

At what stage if at all will the powers that be put everyone out of their misery and dispense of pellers? He is getting the sum total of nothing from the squad. We are in free fall with no sign of the descent bottoming out. We most likely will be 4th come tomorrow and if we perform like we did today next week we will be there to stay with the rest of the also rans breathing down our necks. someone needs to have the balls to bring this farce to an end. it really is a sad sight to see what we have become under his watch. Pep will virtually have to start from scratch again.

What a fucking tool you are

Don't like it..fuck off to some other club who will bring you unlimited success..good luck finding them

Fact is we are still with a shout of the league..are in a domestic cup final and still in the other cups

All with the worst injury record in the league

You need a fucking slap
