Yep. I nearly posted that because that's the other one for me, too. Back in those days a Wembley trip every decade (or two) was as good as it ever got so each of those decisions were enormous kicks in the teeth. Definitely the worst ones. Wed have won both games without those decisions.
The same official Dave who awarded Arsenal a penalty in I think was either the league cup or FA at Highbury a couple of seasons before, which some say was diabolical and cruel with city losing 1/ nilDidn't the referee say in the press that it was disallowed for "illegal jumping"?
I can actually still feel a twinge of pain about that decision 35 years later.
