How long does it take you to get home after a home match?

Leave with 5mins left home in 30mins final whistle 1hour 30mins depends if I am in a rush

League game (sell out)

10/15min walk to the car
10/15min wait in traffic until the car moves
40min Drive home to Bury

Mid week Cup Game:

10min walk to car
30min Drive home

Big difference in getting home when theres 10k less fans.

I might be the most travelled blue? For the homes games this season, for about 10/11 of them, I travel up from the Kent coast - which takes about 4.5 hours door to door and then back again (train). Otherwise, for the other games, I have been travelling over from New York, back and forth (7 different return trips so far).................. which takes about 8 hours+ door to door.

By the end of the season, you will find me begging at the players entrance for the bus fare to the airport!

15 mins to the car, 15 mins drive if we leave just(and i mean just) on the final whistle! 4th row 127 cb stand on the h/w line! It's where the players come in and if i get it wrong it will take up to 2 hours, now and again i stay anyway, but usually work sat night so need a quickie!

thats nothing....

Here here! All those who regularly leave early for no specific reason other than just to get a good get away and save a bit of time.. print this off and tape it to the back of the seat in front of you!

Bloody hell mate fairplay to you, what a Blue, in fact fair play to any Blue who travels over a couple or 3 hours on a regular basis.

it should take me 20 mins by vehicle but it can take up to 10 hours dependant on what time KO is and how many drinking establishments are visited

From Colin Bell stand, over the car park, cross Alan Turing Way, in through apartment gate.. approx 5 minutes, bliss.

Club should give you an award for that. I will never moan about traffic again.

10 mins walk to the car and the 35 mins if ground not full, 50 - 60 if it is (to Altrincham)

10 minute walk to the car street parked, then about hour and a half to two hours across the M62 then down the A1. Worse because of the roadworks on the M62 at the moment, bloody nightmare.

Worse travel was back from the Fulham game in the snow, did okay until got stuck on the road past Heaton Park with transit vans and Bmw's all over the place. Think it took well over three hours that night.

Still makes me laugh though when I walk past the Cheltenham branch coach, could be worse!

For any South M/C Blues, Tony Whizz runs a Coach (8 years) from Didsbury village. No OSC connection, so no forms/member crap. Drops outside C.B./South/East Stands & collects at Police granted spot on A.Turing Way. Gets back to Dids. 45mins AFTER FINAL WHISTLE.
Now that Blues ....IS FUCKING GOOD !
O.A.Ps & Kids welcome. Places for the derby ; Return, £6 adults. £3 kids & OAPs.
If 'In it to win it' ...QPR, £5 adults. £3 etc. ( Celebrations after BOTH these games will alter the return journey time a little. Let's pray).
CALL : (07855 ) 262350 ...NO wasters please. Enquiries for next season are welcome.
