How long will the rebuild take?

Had all of our players not been injured I'm not sure we'd be talking about a full scale rebuild.

We definitely need a RB and DM. They both can't be questioned and we need them urgently.

Next priorities are a backup striker, LB and CM. But they can wait until the summer.

We read and hear speculation about this player and that player, but probably none of us really know the targets. Sometimes it’s the relatively unknowns that work out the best, have to admit I’d heard very little of Rodri, Diaz, Ortega before we signed them, they’ve turned out ok I think

I think whether Pep will extend past his current contract hinges on what we do this next two windows, January and summer.

There are many players with great ability, but have the correct personality and desire is just as important. Our main players have shown that mentality over many seasons, let’s hope we can find the right ability with the best traits. We’ve had players with ability but questionable mentality, Cancelo, Sane, to name only 2

I feel that it’s not as bad as it seems at the minute. Rodri will be back next season and that changes everything. He definitely needs a new face to partner up with. New RB, that ideally can play CB too. Wirtz for AM would be the dream but I doubt we’ll get him. Bobb will be back in February and I believe he will be like a new signing. The rebuild may take a couple of seasons, but I expect us to be challenging for all trophies next season.

Not enough, we need more than 4
No ,we don’t,replace KDB, Gundogan,Walker, add a CM, and this squad is fine. We may get pushed into replacing Ederson or Bernardo but it isn’t something we need..
Probably the summer after we might need a couple more , but that’s just evolving the squad.
To get bavk to a consistent winning team next season then 4 is plenty.
Anything else is throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

Didn't liverpool only bring in just one player last season? They look transformed.

We're missing the link in the middle that ties everything together. Along with 3 of our defenders.

Everyone talking like our team is shit. How quickly they forget what this team has achieved.

It honestly depends on how badly we've fucked up with our current signings. We've got a lot of players that can play a role in a squad built around world class players like Rodri, KDB, etc. But ultimately at some point these players have to step up and become world class themselves, and that determines how much of a rebuild is necessary. Grealish has been quality for us at times in a system, but has he ever really ran games like KDB does? Foden has stepped up and is capable of being the main man when he actually gets a run of fitness. Doku and Savinho are sporadic, and they're still only young, but they need to start getting the end product. Leroy Sane was getting 25 combined goals and assists just in the league at their age and Sterling was getting even more.

But I'd say we ultimately need one world class fullback minimum, and one world class midfielder, ideally two. Other than that, we really just need squad depth. If we get that depth, then we can enjoy the likes of KDB for a couple more years without needing to rely on him being fit, which he never will be.

Depends on when Bobb is back coz he’s Bobb the builder .
Yes he can
