Ref doesn't have to give any count if a fighter is clearly out before hitting the ground and/or he's concerned for their safety. Think the quickest KO in history is 4 seconds.

Ali every day. There is no disputing Tyson had the raw aggression and power but he was a glorified street fighter. Ali would have unlocked him after six or seven rounds as, correct me if I'm wrong, Tyson's fights rarely lasted that long.

Lennox Lewis was a year older than Tyson I believe. Tyson was a very exciting fighter but rolled over a bunch of nobody's. Every top HW boxer he fought found him out.
