I am also worried about the Falcao thing. I hope our owners can see why this should not be allowed to happen.

I know I`m gonna get hate mail for this,but so far this season we aint missed Mario one iota and he could be the difference in helping us get Falcao.I do see him moving back to Italy,especially with his little `un ready to be born soon.

This is what I've been thinking. I don't know why Dzeko keeps getting mentioned re the Falcao thing. Why can't it be Mario?

2 horse race. Losing Terry for the season is a big blow for Chelsea.

Apparently the injury absence will be "weeks rather than months", missing our visit at least.

CFC don't have the strength in depth up front. I was waiting for them to buy another striker in the Summer, and they didn't. If they buy a top quality striker in Janaury then they are a big threat. I doubt very much if Falcao will go anywhere in January. Have you seen the Spanish League Table?

3 horse race at the moment, but City and Utd look the strongest of the 3.

City have dealt with our elimination from the Champions League, but Utd / Chelsea face that potential devastating blow in the months ahead. That psychological blow can derail a club (I know we are technically still in it, and all hope isn't quite gone, but the downside hit has already been taken - anything now is a bonus)

Yer don't get much of a race without at least five horses in it. I'd much prefer a one-horse trot - us! - but I think that any of the current top five. Still a long way to go yet.

Again I see it being between us and United.

Chelsea have improved dramatically as an offensive unit from last year, but still big question marks over their defence for me. Hard not to envy their signings in the summer, though.
