How many league goals will Haaland score this season?

As some are saying they thought a few players had heavy touches. I also thought the ball was arriving late to a player so was behind him when it arrived. Does anyone
share the view that this is because, maybe, Wolves did not water the grass so slowing the ball down. No I am not Jurgen in disguise;-)
yup absolutely pitch looked like a dry boomers unshaved bush .

not really correct, as he could be rested, which would hinder his goal tally

He is being rested. He’s only played 90 mins in 2 games for us, and he’s averaging about 80 mins a game.

I don’t see Pep resting him much beyond that, especially when he’s got a month off for the World Cup.

We have 13 more games until the World Cup and I would be surprised if he started fewer than 11 of them. One game off in the league cup, and one more random one when he needs it.

Oliver Holt’s Sunday column is ( half seriously ) asking whether he has a shot at Dixie Dean’s all time record?

Obviously it is highly unlikely anyone will ever even get close to that, never mind equal it but apparently he is ahead of where Dean was at this stage of the season. And Dean’s next match was against United. He scored five times.

I see a lot of people saying he's got 14 goals in 10 games. 10?

In my mind, 7 PL + 2 UCL = 9 games.

Which game are they counting as no. 10? The Barca friendly? The Mickey Mouse Shield? Some joke game in the summer?

He’s only finished 3/7 games aswell, which means if you add on all the “free” minutes that players get in their stats. at the end of games, he’s only actually played a touch over six games. He’s getting all the hard minutes aswell. Missing out on plenty of minutes at the end of games against tired, beaten opponents. Not that I’m doubting that’s the best way to handle him. Get the games won and get him off and ready for the next one. But it’s making his goals ratio even more remarkable.

Yes he was awful for most of the game.I assume you didn`t watch if you thought otherwise .. as most other posters also thought the same. Not knocking him but today his numerous heavy touches let him down.
I watched every second, and you (and others) are talking absolute tripe! Despite what the papers and many fans think, he's not a machine and he can't be perfect in every chance in every game. What he is though is the best striker in the world bar none, if you think he was awful today because he didn't get another hatrick then you have become spoilt by him and the other talents we have. He scored a goal and was instrumental in another (Foden's), no player on the planet now or in the past can convert every chance with the perfect touch. It beggars belief you say he was awful

We don't even play to his strengths yet. Watch him, he makes runs all the time but our midfielders pass backwards and sideways. Once they start looking up and looking for him he'll score even more
