Great performance by Erling today, though I would much rather see him playing in the more traditional role.

He showed some nice touches today , but was never given a clear cut chance , he engages opposition centre backs for 90 minutes and never gives them a minutes peace , the goals will soon start racking up again.

4 or 5 times today he was off on his runs behind but each time we played safe. Mainly Kev, but one instance early in 2nd half, Rodri had the chance to play first time pass through to Haaland but played the safe ball to Kev who was between him and Haaland. They're doubling up on him, so if we're not getting quick balls to him then he's not going to prosper. Also, Kev in the first half gave him a proper dirty look after not making the run he wanted. If only we had Merlin here. :(
