How many of you are coming to Barcelona?????????

Hi all, I'm going. Glad to hear that something is planned for the beach, can't believe that some people are being negative about this, yes it's a friendly and we may not see full strength teams from either side, but a couple of days in the Catalan sunshine watching city at the Camp Nou has got to be better than working.

For info, my travel details are:

BMI flights from Manchester to main Barca airport are £115 Monday-Thursday with decent flight times.
I'm staying in the 4* AC Diplomatic with free mini-bar and pool on the roof, was £176 for three nights, so £88 each for me and my mate. Never stayed there before but highly rated on trip adviser and centrally located.

Makes flights/hotel £200 which I don't think is too bad. Ryanair was cheaper, if you want to save some cash. I've flown into Girona before now, there are shuttle buses into Barcelona but do check what time they run til if you're booked on a late flight. Takes between 1-2 hours depending on traffic. I've not heard anything about tickets from city, but there are loads on the Barcelona website - I can't imagine that it will sell out.
 
stayed in that hotel mate you get 2 bottles of beer 2 coke 2 bitter lemon, do what i did when the maid is in a room take some beers off her trolly..its just off passig garcia take the airport bus to the main square 2.50 euros and its about 800 metres..
 
i really want to go to this i just dont know whether anyone will come. just a warning though as ive been o barcelona, be careful out there, watch your pocets its terrible for pick pockets, especially if you go to the train station, and just be careful evrywhere down a side street while i was there a woman had a bloke try to rob her bag in broad daylight and she had to kick him in the balls and run
