Just wanted to let you know this in advance...

My uncle is a Chelsea and has been to the Nou Camp a few times watching them. He reckons you need to give it a good hour and a half to get the the stadium in time for kick off, gettin a taxi is meant to be a nightmare.

Once you get to the stadium, there are a good few bars to go in anyway around that area.

I went last season V Villerreall got a Cab from Barceloneta Beach took only 20 min & there was just under 90,000 there .Loads go by Metro

Most of the Spanish teams have "Socios" (supporters bars) around the ground.
The one in Santander before the game was class.

Some info for Barceloneta beach to the ground.

It is best to get the subway from Drassanes on the green line (L3). It will have Zona Universitaria on the front. Get off at Maria Cristina. There is no changes involved going this way. Once you get off the tram at Maria Cristina, walk down Av. Joan XXIII. The ground is at the bottom. The trams are every 10 minutes. Drassanes is 5 minutes from Barceloneta beach. If you get on the metro at Barceloneta, you will have to change at Passeig de Gracia, then the metro will stop at Drassanes anyway.

DONT buy single tickets.

It is possible to buy a T10. T10 costs only 7.70 Euros and will save you the trouble of buying individual tickets for each journey as well as saving you money. A normal single journey ticket costs you 1.35 Euros so with a T10 you save 5.80 Euros for 10 journeys. Basically reducing the cost to 77 cents per journey. Or 85p from Altrincham to Bury!!
T10 is valid and can be shared with your mates. To use the T10 for each person you have to put the card in the machine and then pull it out completely from the ticket validation machine - this will release the turnstile to allow you through. Leave the card on the machine for the next person in your mob to use the T10. Each time someone in your mob uses the T10 it counts as a separate journey.

The last trains are usually about midnight, maybe a bit later.
