How many people- first day of sale for wembley?

There's a lot of bitterness and narrow minded comments re OSC's on this thread. Many clubs are miles away from COMs and the clubs are a way of meeting fellow blues and pooling resources (coach hire?!) to get to games. Many of the members are as True Blue as you guys reading these threads. I know guys in one club 100+ miles from the ground with 6000+ points! Also these clubs do attract new members - whose to say a new member is no less passionate or loyal than a 'local' with 1600 1800 or 3 gazillion points on his card! Whose to say theoretical distant blues haven't been skint for years - I never joined a club as a cynical ploy to get a Wembley ticket - but I'm hardly going to turn one down because someone in Manchester, Bury or wherever has a few more points than me am I?

Good luck to all blues trying to get tickets.

Surely geography has nothing to do with it

the Idea of loyalty points is to make sure people who go the most games get served first when tickets go on sale. if someone does have 6000+ points then they should get a ticket if someone has no points then they should be at the back of the queue, its that simple

I dont think there is any bitterness in that

how many people will join cup scheme next season now ?
Exactly, I was dead against this ticket allocating at first but now( after being enlightened by my wife) I think it's a brilliant idea from the club.yes it could have been done from the start of the season but it's here now so everyone knows for next year.

I made this point to the ticket office manager yesterday, great idea, but they could have told us at the start of the season or keep it for next year.
I go to games with my mates, who are on the scheme, I am not. Because I don't sit in the same block as them I cant buy my ticket to sit together on saturday even though I have nearly 5000 points. I will have to wait until tuesday and sit on my own.

There will be at least 25000 on the cup scheme next season as a consequence, money guaranteed for the club.
