The road to multiple trophies is more likely to be bumpy and involve setbacks than be smooth and straighforward.
This and this and this. Its difficult. Thats why none have done what we are attempting to do. Cross fingers and toes that we have had our off day and lack of a bit of luck in a game that didn't kill us in a trophy.

Maybe
Torres and sterling aren't Jesus 50/50 depending on how you play
Zinch playing in a position he hasn't played an awful lot in plus as you said ake and mendy

Fair point. Torres and zinch out of position ok. Jesus and sterling have been starters most of the year.

Truth is, we rested a few players. We'll go strong in the donestic cups but still use the squad, most likely, and will also have to go strong in the league next two games at the very least.

Yes got to go strong now. It was a bit of a risk and I don't think a point yesterday would have been a bad result as if the Rags win there games in hand would have made the difference 9 points but 10 with goal difference which is at least 4 games instead of 3

That is just not true. Only one of those is right. The league is not won.

When it is won, the other will be right too.

Otherwise, it is just an argument of adjectives. Virtually, probably, most likely, very likely, highly likely, objectively, pretty much, almost; who gives a fuck. Many posters aren't even using one, just calling it done.

It isn't a reaction to yesterday, I've thought the same before yesterday. And I'm ok with that game being lost and How it was lost, in the bigger picture. It also isn't fear of being laughed at. Or trying to be 'the bigger blue'. It is simply not being bullish, thats all. We are on track, in a great position. I can enjoy the upcoming games one by one without writing the rest of the league off or dismissing the remaining games.
Both are true it’s just that one is an absolute and one is an estimate. The estimate can be calculated so it’s possible to discard the adjectives if it confuses things and just use the percentage which everone can relate to. If I were being pedantic I could say there is a chance we are mathematically safe and then get deducted points for some reason but people would rightly say say “how likely is that?” ...back to probability.

Really not worth it though.

One person’s bullish is another person’s confidence as you say, just adjectives.

My opinion is that there wouldn’t be as much anxiety on here if the team in second place wasn’t United.

Which looking at the chances up until the final pass or shot we did, the selection was a winning selection the execution of the players was the fault, we could of easily won that game by a country mile but for the final ball, /finishing
Yeah I agree about the chance conversion mate absolutely but it still could have been a huge weekend in the title hunt? Say we won yesterday and the rags draw or lose today then momentum to the title and winning confidence is high going into Wednesday? As it stands, if the rags win both games in hand it’s 8 points with 18 left to play for? Obviously the rags could still lose today as could Leicester and no damage done but i still feel pep hung a few out to dry in a sense as how can ferran for example get into the game when if de Bruyne played the passes in behind would have been better and the shape? Huge week ahead now though so hopefully we win against Dortmund and Chelsea and can then go full steam for the title ASAP :-)

Ok.

Fyi, no issue with folk being confident or bullish. Calling others all sorts for not being equally bravado though, that imho makes them a bit fuddish.

We can agree we are on course to win it. Lets enjoy it.
