Rags will not get maximum points from they're run in

We do mate, Spurs at wembley for the cup final :)The rags then play Leeds away and I can't see we have a game that week
That penalty not being awarded had it been horse head instead of Welbad it would have been a penalty and red card without var interventionFirst half they did. Second half they were garbage.
Makes you a bigger blue? What the fuck are you babbling on about? Look at the table. Can we be caught? Yep. Ergo, it’s not done. Maths not your strongpoint I’m guessingWell it’s true. Far too many City afraid of winning. Get real ffs. Go on any other team’s forum. Look at the United fans discuss the City vs Leicester match yesterday. Not a single one cared if city won as they knew “we won’t catch them”. Vast majority wanted a City win to help cement United finishing in the top 4.
It doesn’t make you a bigger blue to think we can fuck it up from here, it simply makes you pretty clueless. They’d need form better than ours this season whilst City, who’ve won 26 from 27, would need to lose 90% of our remaining games.
It’s. Fucking. Done.
Regarding the Dippers game - it'll depend on whether they're still in the CL, if they are expect Klopp to play his kidsUtd next game is spurs away..Jose should be motivated to put one over them...we play Leeds
They play Burnley next while we play villa a few days later...hard games for both teams
The rags then play Leeds away and I can't see we have a game that week. .Leeds are always motivated against them so a very tricky fixture
May 1st could be a pivotal weekend..utd play the dippers and we play palace away......
Spurs Burnley leeds liverpool for that lot
Leeds, villa and palace for us....cant see the rags getting full points from that lot while we could
It’s only such a live and meaningful issue because of our upcoming commitments in 3 other competitions. If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t be bothered at all, and would be happily joining in with the ‘yeah, it’s done, relax’ type comments. Is this something people are actually concerned about or just want a date when we mathematically win?
United can’t be terrible and yet are going to win every match left...you can’t have both. :-)
They're expected to beat Brighton.
Their projected total has, since the start of the season, been a low of 72 and a high of 80. It’s currently 75.
You have to put £1,000 on City to win £1
No chance Liverpool are fielding a weak team against the rags in a PL game mate.Regarding the Dippers game - it'll depend on whether they're still in the CL, if they are expect Klopp to play his kids
Heretic. But you’re a massive blue. And you can add up which is always a plus (not everyone quite able to do so on this thread so well done to you. And everyone else who can multiply by 3).It’s only such a live and meaningful issue because of our upcoming commitments in 3 other competitions. If I had to plump for one it would be united, especially if they beat Leicester (highly possible) and liverpool (highly possible, esp if they play reserves as they are still in the Champions league), but as I was getting at, it’s more about being able to get it wrapped so there is full focus on the other 3 comps. It depends what you think the team that will finish second will get though too surely? If you think the second team will get 73 points it doesn’t matter how many games we have as we already have more points.
Which team is making you a bit nervous?
That can work against us,if we're so relaxed playing league football that we end up being off the boil and unable to go up the gears for a cup or CL game. Haing something to play for in the league (without having to go 100% every weekend with the mental fatigue that brings) will keep us sharp. If I had to plump for one it would be united, especially if they beat Leicester (highly possible) and liverpool (highly possible, esp if they play reserves as they are still in the Champions league), but as I was getting at, it’s more about being able to get it wrapped so there is full focus on the other 3 comps.
United potentially have the same number of European ties as we do. They have one more definite tie than us in the league and we have at least two more than them in the cups so overall one more game.If I had to plump for one it would be united, especially if they beat Leicester (highly possible) and liverpool (highly possible, esp if they play reserves as they are still in the Champions league), but as I was getting at, it’s more about being able to get it wrapped so there is full focus on the other 3 comps.
Yeah, ok, I can buy that, but as a supporter, of the two scenarios, I’d much prefer the alternative of wrapping it up mathematically pronto! What you are suggesting feels more like a ‘silver lining’.That can work against us,if we're so relaxed playing league football that we end up being off the boil and unable to go up the gears for a cup or CL game. Yes and our game was much harder. No worse off than we were at the beginning of the weekend points wise, and one game less to worry about.
This all day , we can win games whilst rotating the squad , keeping the winning habit has to be the priority looking at our last eight league fixtures there are only a couple of tricky games. We can finish with 95 points and considering the squad has had little respite with playing every 72 hours i would consider the achievement every bit as good as the Centurions season. That can work against us,if we're so relaxed playing league football that we end up being off the boil and unable to go up the gears for a cup or CL game.
