That’s going a little bit too far IMO. As brilliant as he was I remember he had his off days too. I wouldn’t put him above any of those 3 personally.

KDB is better
David Silva I would take over him in a heartbeat.

He was better than Phillips.

Apart from cakegate and his idiotic agent , he was immense for us , one of a few players who could win a game on his own , scored many vital goals and was a big game player , Yaya in full flow was a sight to behold , we are lucky to have witnessed so many truly brilliant footballers and Yaya is up with the best i have seen in a blue shirt.

Possibly the most complete midfielder we have ever seen at City. He could do literally everything…when he was up for it.

I try hard to keep my football memories of players on the pitch, because too many of them are bellends off it.

He elevated us in moments where we needed it badly and will always be remembered by City FOOTBALL fans as one of our best ever players.

I’ll leave his personality and choice of business partners out of my football memories.

He was a primal force in our ascension to the heights we achieved last season, because without Yaya, it might have been a very different story with a very different trajectory.

Get me right, just amazing to watch but as others have said at times him and his agent were complete dickheads.
