How Much Is Istanbul Costing You?

Our flights are £340 Manchester to Istanbul Friday morning change at Düsseldorf return Monday with a change in Basel, apartment in Istanbul £110 so I’m happy with that tbh

PLane tickets for around £530. Not going to get a ticket. Probably watching on the street somewhere.
How many of you are going to Istanbul to watch on the street? Is it crazy of me to expect great atmosphere in some kind of a Fan zone?
Why are you not getting a ticket?

There won’t be City fans watching on the street. If they’ve shelled out all that money and time to get there they’ll buy a match ticket too. There are lots to go round.

Manchester to Düsseldorf £49
Düsseldorf to Cologne Airport £19
Cologne to Istanbul £72
Istanbul to Dalaman £36
Dalaman to Manchester £90 = total £266

2 nights Istanbul £75
5 nights Dalaman £205 = total £280

Booked 5 flights out of Stansted 15.55pm direct with Turkish Airlines on the Thursday & Return + 1 stop back Sunday afternoon for £360 each & booked a decent Hotel on Booking.com in the Faith area including breakfast for £120 each for 3 nights. We always go out of Stansted. Munich cost us £46 whereas Manchester was £575. Absolute scam. Small airport, park outside, walk through and in the bar within 30 mins. 3 hour drive is a bit of a drag but save £00's

680 for 4 nights Inc out from Manc, dusseldorf, istanblue.
Direct flights back Tue.
400 match tkt? 400 food & drink.
1600 for holiday with the Mrs next year to keep her sweet.
So over 3 grand for a footy match, bonkers!
