How old are you & how long have you been going

53,an been going since 1974..............
176 miles there,176 miles back,..........dont you just love virgin trains!!!

I am 47 and I have been going since December 7th 1968. Forty years, four months, one week, two days and three hours and fifteen minutes as a Blue.

On that the day score of the Match was MANCHESTER CITY 7 v BURNLEY 0.

Scorers Bell(2) Young (2) Doyle Lee and Coleman -; the attendance was 31009.

I have just looked up the details in my Man City Complete Record Book 1887 -1987. This I keep next to my copy of the Bible and my copy of the Koran. As a city fan you cant have two many people to pray to. I truly feel blessed to be probably the only Football Supporter in the World to see his team, which would play such a huge role in his life win by such a margain on his first visit.

On my next visit I will witness an occasion and event that hopefully will surpass all that has gone on before. A 3-0 victory over Hamburg.

Any supporters who saw the Burnley game and were older than Seven years old at the time; I would love it if you could post details or memories of the Match.

22 YEARS AND COUNTING.

49 - 50 in June!

Been going since the 1967-68 season with my uncle, as my Dad (God rest his soul!) was a staunch Red can you believe.......and to make it more bizarre we are all born and bred Mancs. Mom and older sister are all blues and one younger sister a non-believer!!

We actually won the league my first full season, then the FA Cup, then the ECWC all in very quicky succession..........it was a great and easy life being a CITY fan, little did i know of the heartache that was to follow :-) !!

Wouldnt change a single thing though - so many, many thanks Uncle Brian !!

CTID and proud of it!

40 years old, first game at Maine Road v Hartlepool Utd in 1975, about 7 years old, City won 6 nil on their way to the League Cup Final win in 76, Downhill ever since, but wouldn't change a thing !
