I was in London last week for a mini break & all the snide shops in the west end & camden market all had dodgy City stuff along side rags red dippers arse & chelski .no spuds or west ham probably because not many tourists want spuds or west ham stuff

I still remember speaking to some dutch bloke in a bar in Belgium during the euros 8 years ago. Told him I was a City fan and he pulled a sad face and hugged me. That is how far we've come.

I'm currently away in Mexico on holiday and every time a waiter or street vendor talks to me it is always the same thing.

Them: Are you from England?
Me: Yes Manchester
Them: Manchester City?? Silva, Aguero! Champions!
Me: Yep, thats the one.

Not a single Mexican has mentioned Utd to me. By all accounts when talking to them after, we are considered the team to watch in Latin America.

Who would have thought that just 4 years ago?

We appear alot in the Spanish speaking world, Aguerro is loved!

Also everyone loves an underdog, we are like that underdog that came good

is mexican similar to spanish?
