How to boil rice so it isn't soggy

If aimed at me, it was just a stupid joke mate... obviously not much of a joke. It is true eastern people eat more rice. I learnt how to make nice rice from my Asian ex-wife.

No problem mate , not meant to be " aimed " at you , just a response to your earlier post , looks like we all just want rice that is not soggy !!

Hahaha as you say rice is a staple in Asia yet Potatoes which are a staple here and traditionally eaten with most meals aren't eaten so frequently.

I bet there is a football forum in South East Asia asking how to boil tatties without them going soggy!

Perhaps not about potatoes but almost certainly about Italians and pasta
