'How to buy a football club' - Ch4 Mon 8pm

The only links to United were an ex player, which is why I obviously then referred to Robson as just that.
Keep trying.xxx

That'll be Robson, the ex player who is United's 'Global Ambassador' will it?
No link to United there then?
Sometimes people try too hard - instead of holding their hands up.

Bit like Robson.

How is it trying too hard?! I was initially responding to Damocles' latest attempt to out me as a United fan, something he appears to have made his sole aim in life to achieve, based on the amount of times he tries to pull posts of mine which refer to United in some way. I take your post on board and accept that yes, Robson is United's ambassador. That said though, the programme highlighted how corrupt the purchase of a club can be, and people on here last night were like excitable teens at times, believing, (for some reason), that it was the downfall of both United and Ferguson! My opinion is that the only person who looked a **** after the programme was Robson, not Ferguson and not United, as much as people wish that was the case. As I say though, Damocles was who I was asking my initial question to, because his latest, sad attempt at outing me is to ask why I have a phrase as my location which he says Ferdinand uses, whereas I actually got it from when Wilkins kept on saying it one match commentary, and people in the studio, (Robbie Savage it may have been), were ripping the piss out of him for it.

The main thing that made Ferguson look a **** last night was the burst of laughter when the loaning of players was brought up. That stunt he pulled last year with Preston when they had the audacity to sack his wife beating son and he called all his players that were on loan there back to yoonited the same day is without doubt one of the worst things I've heard in football and sums that twat up to a tee!!!

Granted, but that was quite rightly discussed on places like talksport when it happened. The then morning show of Mick Dennis and Mike Parry raised that and made it known in no uncertain terms that Taggart was out of order. Infact it was the good cop bad cop debate, as one of them said he is onlu sticking up for his son, and the other, (rightly), said that it jeopardised Prestons season by removing those players. That was then though.

That's totally up to you Waspish, I don't need to justify my allegiance to the club to anyone, or state how i've been going since 1988', continuous from then until a few years ago both home and away... oh whoops, i've just done it. Never mind. Perhaps it's because I don't feel the need to slate anything to do with United, whether its true or not? Perhaps it's because I won't lick the arse of our club...sorry, YOUR club on a daily basis? Perhaps it's because I speak my mind? Perhaps it's because I see things through a non-blue goggles way or perhaps its even because I don't come across as a bitter, bitter blue like some do? Whatever it is, that's for you to wonder why and not really for me to worry about! I know who I support.
It's funny how people like Damocles can link my location to anything remotely to do with United, when infact I got it off Wilkins. It has to make you wonder who has United on the brain out of the 2 of us because its me defending myself against Damocles now boring pursuit of his one man attempt to out me as a rag which has prompted the last 2 pages of this thread to gather others questioning who I support. I'm not one to back down though so...

Fair do's. I did agree Robson looked a right twat but the programme didn't do Fergie any favours by association.
Far too friendly with Fatboy Sim for my liking.
