How would season ticket holders react to compulsory CL home tickets?

Errrrrr, let me think. As a life long Manchester City supporter of some 60 years, a pensioner and a season ticket holder for more years than I care to mention. Totally pissed off would be my feeling.

I'd do it to maintain my points, but I wouldn't be happy going down that road.

It would increase average attendances IMO.. but is not the way to go... cheaper prices is.

I disagree re attendance - I haven't been to a Champs League home game since the Napoli one but I am a season ticket holder. As I am not compelled to buy the ticket for the CL someone else can buy it, if it was compulsory I still wouldn't go but no one else could buy the ticket

In answer to the OPs question, I would, probably, reluctantly renew but refuse to go to the CL games - my seat would remain empty as my own little protest

Makes a team world famous?
You may value celebrity status, but whoppy doooo..... I don't watch city because of who's playing, I watch them because it's my local club.
I'd watch us play on a park "small time"
What a vile comment to make.

And I don't like the chumps league matches because the atmosphere has been absolute dog turd, taken over by happy clappers, half n half scarf wearing tourists and it's been shit.
I might as well watch it at home.

I have however travelled all over Europe watching city in CL matches as the away crowd has mostly been regular match going blues, and more authentic city as I know it.

I'll keep my small time thank you... Fuck off and support real Madrid if you like the big time

Oops. Someone's excited. ;-)
