Probably our worst performance over 90 minutes this season on the best day of the season. Proving that, despite what our esteemed chairman thinks, typical City is still alive and in rude health.

They were dire to watch 2nd half particularly. They did deserve a point though. Worked hard and kept their shape. Think we were on the beach though yesterday.

Don't if City had made it as far as the beach but they were definitely at the post match celebrations too early. Forgivable in the circumstances but they have now made it potentially really difficult for themselves to reach 100 points as there is a good chance Southampton will need something out of the game on Sunday and will simply want it more than City do.

Got home from the game yesterday evening and basically skipped the match and watched the celebrations back.

I don't think it was typical City yesterday (other than wasting too many opportunities, which we do consistently), I think the same could have happened to lots of teams in our position. Plus, teams will keep parking the bus and hoping to draw or nick a result and, sometimes, it will work. When that tactic does succeed, it will never be opportune for us.

We all turned up for the trophy, the game was irrelevant, it was just the bit before why everyone turned up - same for the players it seemed.

They’ll be turning up for the game on Wednesday and I reckon we’ll smash Brighton

Huddersfield were a disgrace though. Not even so much in their hoofing out for throwins but in their diving and feigning injury, this is England, not Germany, what a sad thing to see, all game, hit-the-deck-and-hope-for-a-foul-football - you 10-1 wankers!
