It off several of us had tickets for row Q.....a row that didn't exist, so that was fun and games. Football fans continue to be treated like shite by clubs and officials. A 35 min queue to get in is not acceptable.

Foden excellent, and Gonzalez good I thought. Savinho kissing the badge is laughable given he was quite happy to bat his eyelids at Spurs all summer.

Draw was OK as we avoided all the other big guns. This pot is a winnable one for us, so I hope we actually do commit to it.

Best part of the night - a Police escort for our Bus straight out of the car park to the M62 - was home just as quick as I often am from the Etihad.

It's a win against piss poor opponents but there's nobody in that City 11 screaming I'm top class apart from Foden. It's okay having a small squad if it's packed with world class players, otherwise we are just going to run our top players into the ground again this season.
