How hard must it be for Hughes when he has players making minimal effort for him.. hes in a no win situation. if he leaves elano out people moan, he then gives him a run in the team and he repays the manager by doing this.....

i have had enough of the bollocks being spouted on this site

who the fuck do the players think they are to decide when they think there going to put the effort in or what manager they think theyd like to play for

i am a seson ticket holder of 35 years and i demand yes fucking demand 150% effort in every game no matter what the opposition and players do exactly what there fucking told to do on the training pitch by the manager wether they like it or not

no player is bigger than this club it is a priveledge to wear a city top

so if the players dont like marh hughes style or ways then tough tits fuck off from my club

Hughes picks the team (so we are lead to believe).
Hughes picks the tactics (long ball, when there`s only one man up front).
Hughes decides on the formation (Fernandes at left wing).
Hughes decides on the substitutions (Hamman for Fernandes when he should be looking at Garrido for some width)
Hughes is ultimatley responsible, as he is the boss.

Be quiet Hughes is our manager and long may it stay that way he is building a squad and trying to get the best from our current shower.

Well I'm really pissed off with Hughes inability to man manage players.
His inability to play players in their right positions
His inability to tell Sturridge what he instructed Elano to do
His inability to deal with the ensuing argument
His inability to teach the players about receiving the ball
His inability to play possession football
His inability to make the RIGHT substitution
His inability to stop Hart hoofing the ball
His inability to provide tactics to suit the opposition
His inability to provide tactics for when WE have the ball
His inability to see that Vassell really isn't the answer
His inability to motivate the players
His inability to make sure the players make themselves available when the back 4 have the ball.
His inability to make the players practice free kicks
His inability to make the players practice corners
His inability to make the players practice any set plays
His inability to work with the players on how to open up 10 man defences
His inability to realise he's out of his fucking depth.
