Give over moaning about Ireland. He's not done much, but neither has anyone else.

Two of our better chances have come about from Ireland. The pass for Bridges shot, and an attack down the left where he was unmarked on the edge of the area and Bellamy decided it would be better to put the cross high into an area where no players were.

Gareth Barry doesn't seem half the player he was at Aston Villa.

Don't kid yourself ....... he was never the 'consistent' sort there ....... how many good games can you remember him ever having against us , or the rags , for example ....... he had as many bad games as good ones whilst at Villa , or we wouldn't have got him for only £12 million!

Barrys best games have always been in an England shirt. International football is much slower and it suits Barry to a T.
