Hurricane Irma - coming my way!

The experts predict it will skim the east coast of Florida and hit the Carolina's and head north, but this chart doesn't see it heading north anytime soon.
This is my third summer in Florida and the locals have been warning me each summer that one is due.... (been 10 years since Tampa got a direct hit)
For those not in the know, Tampa Bay is diagonally down to the left from the letter F (in the FL)

On the bright side, the Adam Ant concert I have a ticket for on Friday should be OK!

Florida is an awful place so my sympathies are short

You gotta be joking had some great holiday's there, had a month on Cumbrian Lakes a couple of years ago beautiful spot once you've done the enforced by teenagers trips around the theme parks.

Personal choice I guess found it awful myself although it was an endless trip of concrete, malls and theme parks

That's why you need more than two weeks, get away from the theme parks although teenagers love em some great things to see, we hired a boat did a bit of sea fishing Manatee swam up and gave boat a bit of a nudge, not the sort of stuff as I kid I thought I'd ever see in the wild coming from the industrial shithole of Britain.

Ha i must admit swimming with Manatee's is something firmly on my bucket list. It is fucking pythons you have to watch for in Florida now. A few got chucked out as pets and with few natural predators their population has gone apeshit.

Snurricane vs Sharknado franchise is already being talked about no doubt.
