I don’t read papers anymore Bobby and agree with that but anything to nail the BBC with is ok by me, respect your posts.

It’s hiding behind depression, we can all use that excuse for wrongdoing ?
Did Schofield get the same respect by the way ?
And for the record , by all accounts , he didn’t take a selfie of his own arse and put it on social media.
What do you get for 35 grand these days ?

That could of course mean no evidence has been found, not that it didn't happen.
For what it's worth he has probably destroyed his family at this time, and it's all very ugly and seedy, but it's really none of our business.

I’ve posted before, a business owner who I dealt with was caught grooming and having a relationship with a girl who said she was 16, she was actually 14, made the papers when he was jailed for 5 years.

Did the same thing on release, this time he was actually “grooming” a female Police Officer, another 5 years in clink, due out this year, destroyed his wife and four boys who now run the business. The lads are really good young people but they all bear the scars as does his wife, it’s so sad.

Totally agree on the Savile front . The point is , is their reputation is fucked because of it , it’s their worst nightmare this one. The police were involved , and soon shut it down , he even broke covid rules by all accounts , yet Boris (for all his faults) lost his job because of it. Yet “depressed” Huw is given a “by”.

He’s not hiding behind anything, he’s not even commented yet and unlike Schofield he has a long (very public) history of depression. Are you saying if you’d gone through the week he has, even if you didn’t suffer from depression already, you think you’d still be of sound mind throughout though?

I really don’t get the arrogance of questioning the motives of his wife given she’s one of the very very few people that should be either considered a victim or even interested in this.

And Stone is nowhere near as bad nor as prominent or as prolific in his articles as Delaney, Harris or several other print journalists when it comes to us, if you’ve got a link where he says we’re guilty and is as vitriolic about our ownership as Delaney in particular has been, I’d love to see it as I’m not aware of it.

Boris lost his job due to Chris Pincher, not breaking lockdown laws.
