Did the same thing on release, this time he was actually “grooming” a female Police Officer, another 5 years in clink, due out this year, destroyed his wife and four boys who now run the business. The lads are really good young people but they all bear the scars as does his wife, it’s so sad.

I think there is probably a centre ground here. It is a bit seedy and not great for the reputation of the BBC, particularly because it involves someone who is the go-to presenter for major events. But Edwards is nowhere near Jimmy Savile and some of the hypocrisy from the tabloids is disgusting in itself.

You are aware of course the scandal going back 30 years , and the growing number of people telling the BBC to stick the TV licence up there arse? That people in general don’t fall for the BBC propaganda.
How do you feel about the BBC constantly publishing articles about City being guilty by the way ? Aren’t the club innocent until proven guilty ? They are one of the biggest culprits in degenerating City , so is that okay then ? Or is it just Edwards showing his arse on a website that’s acceptable ?

I'm just going off what has been suggested. I'd expect the Police to have looked into the allegations made by the parents (that he was 17 at the initial contact) but their statement yesterday said "no criminality"
That could of course mean no evidence has been found, not that it didn't happen.
For what it's worth he has probably destroyed his family at this time, and it's all very ugly and seedy, but it's really none of our business.

Could say that the last thing today's BBC would do is a cover up, taking into account the Savile debacle.

They’re nowhere near one of the biggest culprits in degenerating City, I’d be interested in a link from them saying that we’re guilty as I’ve never seen that?

Not sure of the relevance to this though, I’ll ask again what do you think it’s a cover up of, bearing in mind it’s not covered up…?

Neither are City’s financial affairs any of their business- your honour.
