Can't be of such "exceptional character" if he's accessing Cat A indecent images of primary school age children and paying a teenager to send explicit images of themselves in return for paying them £35,000.Two for three so far.

Isn't he up at the magistrates for sentencing. If Williams got off with a slapped wrist there is little to no chance Edwards will see a custodial. Hopefully he will be refered to the crown court?Nice to see convicted paedophiles are getting suspended sentences these days.
The difficult thing to come to terms with is all the innocent children behind these high cat photos and videos, that have suffered unthinkable cruelty and rape at the hands of pedophile gangs in order to satiate the dark cravings of monsters such as Edwards. Is the end user as culpable as the content creator, I do think so.

He won’t be jailed. The man who sent the images only got a suspended sentence.He’s pled guilty on legal advice. They’ll do whatever they can to stop him being jailed.

Mental health? Lol.He'll get off with a suspended sentence no doubt, remarks made citing his "good character" and "the suffering his mental health has taken" and his pleading guilty will no doubt be wheeled out when allowing this nonce and paedophile to escape prison.
The BBC is already distancing themselves from these events as best they can.
If Edwards had any excuse, he'd have taken the images to the police as soon as he received them so they could be investigated and the paedophile ring he was part of could have been broken. He did not. He kept them and would still be "enjoying them" if his sordid secrets hadn't come to light.
Those poor youngsters will have mental health issues from being subject to extreme sexual degradation for the pleasure of nonces to drool over. High time nonces had their cocks cut off I say.

The guy who sent the pics has been sentenced. No jail time.Not to be pedantic but its probably worth remembering that he has not got off with it, he has pleaded guilty and now has convictions for it. Sentencing is a different issue. Doubtful he will get a custodial sentence going off similar cases across the country. Not for one minute saying that is right before any pile on ensues. Im assuming he has no previous convictions, and his life is quite rightly ruined with reputation shot forever. Judge may consider all this.
That’s why Charlie is dodging the BBC royal correspondent.Think I read somewhere that the extra was for him commentating on the Queen’s funeral as it was outside his normal duties.
It was a while back though, so not certain.
