I hate the derby

Really looking rorward to this one. It's about time they had a damn good thrashing at theirs and no better team than City to do it. Having said that I still get really edgy before the game, a mixture of excitemnt and dread a bit like watchin a horror film !

Crerand: Man United's experienced players will help them beat City
Fletcher - Utd bigger than City
Hughes hits out at Mancini's approach
Man Utd legend Robson: Man City can't buy title this season
Robson: Nasri chose Man City over Man Utd for money

YCNMIU. Every time.

Can you imagine?

Summerbee: United have taken Munich milking too far
Bell: Mancini wouldn't throw a boot at a player
Goater: Baconface is a drunk Scottish tw@t

Our legends have far more class than to run their mouths every derby week.

Doesn't feel like derby weekend to me. Been putting it to the back of my mind for some reason! Always fear the worse and just don't want the game to happen in case we get beat. I'll be in bits tomorrow though...

Sums it up for me, this is how i feel

Nervous as hell already.

Dont get any kind of enjoyment out of them whatsoever until the final whistle goes (if we've won, obviously)

Got to get at them from the first minute, and show them no respect whatsoever.

2-1 City, Mad Mario and Yaya

im so nervous! i know we can win, but we always make it harder for ourselves, no matter what happens, just remember the semi final CTID
!!!!!

I don't get this whole 'I hate the derby' thing.

Games like this are what being a football fan are all about. Otherwise what's the point?

I always feel so alive on derby day. The prize is too great to do anything other than embrace the whole experience.

Man up blues ffs. You all sound like a load of old women.

I love your view on this but it doesnt stop me pacing around all morning like a demented tibetan monk chanting come on city come on city under my breath lol

I hate it with all of my heart but i cant take my eyes off it. If we win, i'll be ecstatic for a few days and then be nervous for next weekend. If we lose, i'll be sombre for a week and then i'll struggle to watch our next game. It really is a lose/lose situation.
