I was on the bus the lads have already payed their dues in the form of a fine and a night spent in the cells!!for you to be "glad" that anyone has been banned from doing something that plays a huge part of their life for something as stupid as this really speaks volumes of you as a person!!!

If i had of done something "as stupid as this" the last thing i would have done is come onto a public chat form to discuss my days actions. I would have been ashamed, kept my head down and hoped nobody knew it was me. Once a thief, always a thief, i like many other city fans will be glad they wont be at COMS in the near future. i hope they have Sky.

It sounds like an episode from only fools and horses. i can just imagine Del boy running away from a shop onto a coach that gets stuck in traffic, then gets pulled over, he gets searched, has class A drugs and the stolen goods onboard, gets arrested then moans that no other city fans agree with them!

I haven't read it all but if they are realeased without charge then i can not see why they can be banned. It could not have been that serious.

Lets say at next weeks game someone gets drunk and has a pee against a wall, a copper spots him and arrest him for public dissorder. Later let him go without charge just a warning - Does he get a ban.

If someone is arrested for fighting then i agree they should be banned but this seems a bit over the top Just my opinion.

No, what this is, is people commenting that stealing is wrong, and to be honest it doesn't need a 'perfect' person to comment on that.

Maybe they have paid their dues, and sounds like an apt punishment, considering everything. We've all done daft things pissed afterall. The question is, will they learn from it? Do they look back and think, 'why the fuck didn't I just pay for it?'.

The lads in question are gutted and can't believe how stupid they have been!! i just hope the club see sense and realise a ban isn't neccesary!!

Well they way some of the comments on this are going you would think it was crime of the century. People are commenting and don't even know the fucking full facts but just assume and go off on one. Obviously you've never done anything wrong in your life then have you?

Well as long as they realise that, can't ask much more. I hate thieves, and a pack of blues stealing some beers and crisps is no different to someone breaking into my house and pinching my beloved tele. Stealing is stealing. That said though, learning is part of the journey, so if they've realised they've been dicks, fair enough.
