that is right out of fukn order mate
It was directed at the scum mate, not you.You live much nearer to Eastlands than most utd fans.In all honesty though fella, stay safe.I know there is a lot of segregation in the of derbies but it's too difficult in MCR.Put it this way,if you want trouble, you'll find it.In fact I know from experience, even not looking for it,it can find you.
that explains everything then eh....

Did that at Celtic Park when O'Neil was there in his first season, 2000 I think?

I can tell you that it is something else as far as noise and visceral hatred goes. It really makes our local rivalries seem rather tame.

Having a chat and a pint before the game I was talking to a few Celtic fans and joked about the fact that they played each other so many times it must get boring?

"You sonny, are about to be educated in the art of football passion"

He was spot on.

If there is a BM trip on the go you can count me in.

Someone mentioned tickets earlier in this thread. In the last year (& I can only comment on getting tickets for CP) there has been some form of public sale for the Old Firm games and this is the first time I can recall this for about 16 years. The ecnomic climate, the poor SPL standard are a couple of reasons for people turning their back on it, but I know a few guys who buy public sale tickets at £26 for the average game and are then asked to cough up £38 and £40 for the visit of Ran*ers.

Back on track, I think if there was a time to visit for an O/F game, now might be the best chance you've got!

cheers for that.

I think the fact that we've caught up to or even overtaken the scum will mean that the atmosphere in this coming derby spells major trouble unless it's a tepid 0-0 draw. Also I'd like to add that whether you support Celtic/Rangers or utd, when visiting Manchester, please don't leave your rubbish on the streets or vandalise anything.

is that a joke ?
Yes mate,it was,and you've spoilt it.

Far easier getting away tickets than home tickets bizzarely.

Apart from the last game at The Piggery (sorry Parkhead) ;-)

I was in glasgow today funnily enough. How often do you get down to matches? I suppose it's easier fro Glasgow as it's a straight road to manc, a bit more from where I am in edinburgh.

I've a feeling that our derbies our going to be just as troublesome as the Glasgow derbies from now on.The rags are on the decline and they know it.The realisation of our rise coinciding with their fall is a very bitter pill for them to swallow.
