Indeed. It’s not normality to be curled up in a ball at least twice a week (excluding city going 0-2 down).Yes, if you’re curled up in a ball twice a week wanting to shit yourself , definitely!

You need to cut down. gradually.
You , from your own words, are clearly addicted, so you should try working out (or googling) strategies that will reduce your consumption.
Eg smaller amounts from the fridge, each time.
Find a substitute, like have a chewing gum, whilst at work - not to replace, but to prolong the time intervals between needing to drink it.
Have glasses/bottle of plain water (or variety of healthy cordials) before allowing yourself to have the coke.
Have water at every meal.
always have a large sip of water before the small sip of coke.
And finally, see a GP… the stomach pains might/might not be related, but it’s clearly not ‘right’ - oh and I’m an ‘expert’ on stomach pains, that are debilitating- I had issues for 2 years, I had a whole battery of checks (all my organs working fine - phew), till they went with the assumption I had a ‘bacterial overgrowth’ in my upper intestine - 2 rounds (it came back) of antibiotics (the type that stops your alcohol consumption …) and I’m better.
