That Squad should of gone on to bigger and better things.

And why wasn't Ian Macrae listed as one of the players?

He is Keith MacRae

Not unlikely at all considering he was a local.

Joy division really are a band I can lose myself in, the poster who said "mesmerising" before is spot on.

I'm not old enough to have seen them but just listening to their music is mesmerising.

Curtis was a genius, no other word to describe his song writing.

One of my favourite bands as a lad and to be honest I didn’t give a fuck what team he supported. Although I do understand wanting him to be one of your own.

Would it diminish people’s love of their music if he was a mad Red?

You can't deny great music regardless of their team. Though i dislike rod stewart for mentioning celtic & utd in his lyrics. I'm shallow as fuck.

No Joy division were a class act and ahead of their time, what came out of it (new order) were also underated imho for how great they were, put it this way, I went to see Peter Hook last saturday do a fucking great gig and he is a right red bastard, but still one of the best bass players in history.

If it was shite like simply red I would hold their ragness against them, but great music has no such bias
